Acceptance
By using this website, sending an enquiry, or booking a call, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or contact us.
The rules governing the use of italianrealestateattorneys.com and the engagement of IREA professional services.
These terms apply to your use of our website and to any enquiry you send us. They do not, by themselves, create a client relationship. That arises only when an engagement letter is signed by both sides. We have tried to write them in plain language.
By using this website, sending an enquiry, or booking a call, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or contact us.
IREA, Italian Real Estate Attorneys, is a professional firm of Italian lawyers. We operate from offices in Rovigo (Italy) and Riverside, California (United States). We are regulated by the Italian Bar (Consiglio Nazionale Forense) and bound by Italian professional rules, including the Codice Deontologico Forense.
Our website is a public-information resource. The pages, including the FAQ, the blog and the explainers under Real Estate, Visas, Relocation and Inheritance, provide general information about Italian law. They are not legal advice and they do not address your specific situation. Relying on them alone is at your own risk. Legal advice is given only after we accept the engagement and have reviewed the relevant facts.
Submitting the contact form, booking a call or emailing us does not create a lawyer-client relationship. A relationship arises only when we confirm in writing that we accept the engagement, our scope of work, fees and conflict-check are clear, and you have signed an engagement letter. Until that happens, please do not send us confidential information.
All content on this website (text, photographs, illustrations, the IREA marks, the page architecture) is owned by IREA or used under licence. You may read, print and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, public communication or commercial use requires our prior written consent.
We strive to keep our content accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that every word remains correct as the law evolves. We accept no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of website content. Once we have accepted an engagement, our liability is governed by the engagement letter and by the professional liability insurance we maintain, within the limits permitted by Italian law.
Our site links to third-party resources (laws, government portals, partner sites) and uses third-party tools (Calendly for booking, email and hosting providers). We do not control those third parties and we accept no responsibility for their content, availability or practices.
We may revise these terms when our practice changes or when the law requires. The 'last updated' date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Italian law. The exclusive forum for any dispute concerning the website or our public information is the court of Rovigo, Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that would entitle you, if applicable, to sue in your country of residence.
Write to us. We are happy to clarify what these terms mean for your situation.
