Cookie Policy

How italianrealestateattorneys.com uses cookies and similar technologies. Learn how you can control them.

Last updated: 1 June 2026

Our site uses cookies sparingly. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell data to brokers. This page lists what is set, why, and how you can switch it off.

01

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed by a website on your browser to store information: language preference, session identifier, analytics counters. Similar technologies include localStorage, web pixels and fingerprinting. The legal framework in the EU (ePrivacy Directive and GDPR) requires us to inform you about non-essential cookies and to obtain your consent before placing them.

02

Essential cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary to make the site work: for example, remembering the language you selected, keeping a contact-form draft if you reload, and protecting forms against automated submissions. They do not track you across sites and do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive.

03

Functional and analytics

We use minimal first-party analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. We do not enable cross-site tracking, advertising IDs or behavioural profiling. If we add a more detailed analytics tool in the future (e.g. Plausible, Fathom, Matomo), we will update this page and, where consent is required, ask before activating it.

04

Third-party tools

Some pages embed third-party services that may set their own cookies: Calendly (when you book a call), the privacy-friendly Google fonts CDN, and the Vercel hosting layer (for routing and security). These third parties have their own policies, linked from their sites; we recommend you review them if you interact with them.

05

How to control cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Every major browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge) gives granular control. Blocking essential cookies may affect site behaviour. To prevent third-party tools from running entirely, avoid the related pages or use a browser extension. Where we add consent banners, your choices are stored and respected on subsequent visits.

06

Updates

We update this policy when our cookie practices change. The 'last updated' date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes, adding analytics or marketing tools, are not made silently.
