Capital in, residency out

Introduced by law 232/2016, the Investor Visa lets non-EU nationals reside in Italy on the strength of one qualifying investment: no language test, no job offer, no family tie. A two-year permit, renewable for three more.

Four routes, one permit

Pick the vehicle that fits your portfolio: €2,000,000 in government BTP bonds, €500,000 in an active S.r.l. or S.p.A., €250,000 in an innovative startup, or a €1,000,000 philanthropic donation.

More than a permit

The visa carries your spouse and dependent children, with full access to schooling and healthcare. It grants the right to work, employed or self-employed, and opens the optional flat tax on foreign income.

Nulla osta, then capital

A positive eligibility opinion (nulla osta) precedes the visa; the consulate issues it next. You then execute the investment within three months of arrival and keep it in place for the full term.

Five stages we steer

Pre-screening and strategy, the online nulla osta filing, visa issuance, investment execution, then the permesso di soggiorno per investitori within 8 days of arrival, with renewals tied to the capital.
